Well my wife finally talked me into doing this. I really don't know what I am going to say but I think that is how most of these things start. Right? So here we are living in Ohio. Who would have thought that we would end up in Ohio. Not me. I'll tell you though it is not bad. Except for the fact that it started snowing in October and didn't stop until about 2 weeks ago. It is funny how your level of what is acceptable changes. We are soooo happy that it is in the upper 50's. Here we are going outside in our shorts hoping for just the smallest bit of sun. But anyway, we are now getting sun on a semi-regular basis and looking forward to the summer.

The one thing that I have been able to determine that sets Ohioians apart from the rest of the country is the hair. Now I know that Texans are supposed to have big hair but I think that the people in Ohio have them beat. Not only is the hair big here, it is also bowl shaped and stiff. I am trying very hard to get Kandy to go for the "Ohio Hair Look" but so far it is a no go. Oh well, maybe it will just happen. You know if you are around people long enough you start to emulate them, so we will see.
